  • first dorsal fin is small and short
  • second dorsal fin has a long base and may be joined to caudal (tail) fin
  • anal fin base is long and may be joined to the caudal fin
  • caudal (tail) fin is rounded
  • single barbel under “chin”
  • colour is tan/yellow to brown with a dark pattern speckled on body
 

Known distribution: throughout the Yukon Territory.
